Often voted one of the best cape cod beaches and with good reason its stunning, you have to take a shuttle to get from the parking lot but its worth the inconvenience.

One of the best things to do in Cape Cod is go whale watching in Provincetown. It's better to go out of Provincetown because all the ships go to the same place anyway and its quicker from there. Check out the Provincetown Chamber of Commerce for more details. Check out a whale watching video.

I've heard from a friend that this is excellent for dinner, the train leaves from Hyannis, MA and goes to the Railroad Bridge at the Cape Cod Canal and back. The Cape Cod Dinner Train is actually called Cape Cod Central Railroad and has lunch and scenic tour available also.

If your looking for a summer beach rental my favorite place is Craigville Beach, Ma! The water is warm all summer. Check out our list of the 3 best beaches on Cape Cod.

This place is a lot of fun and its open late May through Labor Day. You can listen on the fm radio in your car or the old 1950's era mono speakers. They charge by the person and it's comparable to regular cinema prices, bring cash because they didn't take cards when I was there. The snack bar is exactly the same as it was back in the early 1970's pretty cool. Wellfleet Drive In

My wife and I took a Cat Boat ride in Hyannis Port at sunset. It really was relaxing and after looking at the sailing pictures I think I might do it again! We sailed around Hyannis Port Harbor for an hour or so with a few other couples and had a great time.

I've seen a lot of people catching stripers in the canal, unfortunately I'm not one of them. If anyone has any tips let me know in the comments. Although I haven't caught any stripers in the canal, I can recommend Red Top Sporting Goods (no relationship) for fishing gear bait and advice,  265 Main Street, Buzzards Bay, MA  508-759-3371
